Shipping policy

DOMESTIC
Widuri currently provides domestic shipping within Malaysia. Shipping rates are fixed by our courier partner and is based on volume of your order. You will be able to see the shipping fee for your order at the Checkout Page.

Please allow us around 3-5 business days to process your order. You will receive a tracking number via your email once your item has been passed on to our local courier partner.

Widuri will not be held responsible for any unexpected delays once your order has been passed to the local courier service for delivery, for any missing or lost parcels, damaged parcels caused by courier service and for incorrect address/contact information given by customer.
