Returns Policy
Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
All purchases made under sales or discounted prices are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
In the event you would like to request for a Return or Exchange on your item, please refer below:
- No refunds, only exchanges.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags (if any) and packaging (if any).
- Upon receiving your item, our team will inspect and inform you if the item meets the above conditions in order to proceed for an exchange.
- You may exchange with any products of equal value. For items of higher-value, the customer will have to pay the price difference.
- Item/s requested for an exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Hair accessories are not exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to exchange transactions.
- The delivery fee for Exchanges will be paid by the customer (unless you were sent the wrong/defective item, then Widuri will cover the delivery fees).
If you received a defective or incomplete order, please email us at hello@ohwiduri.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
